Watchmen Tactical is your trusted source for comprehensive firearms training. Our courses are designed for both new and experienced shooters, emphasizing safety, skill, and responsibility. We offer a range of Maryland-approved training, including the Handgun Qualification License (HQL) Firearms Safety Training for first-time handgun buyers, and the Wear and Carry Training Course for those seeking a Maryland permit (or renewal) to carry a handgun. Additionally, we provide expert instruction in tactical firearms, as well as focused training in pistol, shotgun, and rifle handling.

If you have a Maryland Medical Marijuana Card, you are ineligible to receive a Handgun Qualification License (HQL) or a Wear & Carry Handgun Permit in the State of Maryland. Please do not register for any of the following courses.
