TRANSFERS

Watchmen Tactical will transfer firearms by Pre-Authorization ONLY.  We accept out of state transfers only from Licensed Dealers.  Contact us at ffl@watchmentactical.com for questions and before having any firearm shipped to us for transfer.

Transfers will be done by appointment only.

FEE

We charge $75 for Non-Maryland Regulated firearms and $75 (+$10 MD State Police Fee) for Maryland Regulated firearms.  MD Regulated firearms are defined as all handguns and those long guns classified as “Assault Weapons” by Maryland Statute.

*We charge $125 for firearms shipped to us without pre-approval.*

MAGAZINES

We comply with Maryland’s unconstitutional 10 round magazine limit. If your firearm comes with magazines that have a capacity greater than 10 rounds, we cannot sell/transfer them to non-exempt individuals without modification. We charge $5 per standard magazine for modification to bring it in compliance with Maryland law.
