Shipping and Handling

We comply with all applicable laws regarding the shipping of firearms and related products. We will only transfer ownership of a firearm to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. If you are not an FFL holder, we will transfer your purchased firearm to your choice of a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in your state. Shipping times may vary. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is correct and that you comply with all local laws regarding the receipt of firearms.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged/Used Product

Unless there is a verifiable manufacturer’s defect with the merchandise, no returns will be accepted on damaged or used products. This includes firearm parts that have been previously installed.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items CANNOT be returned, including:

• Ammunition- Due to safety and liability concerns,  we do not accept any returns on ammunition that have exited the facility. All online ammunition sales are final.
• New and Used Firearms- We do not accept any returns on firearms. We will assist with all recalls, warranty claims, or manufacturer defects with firearms previously purchased from Watchmen Tactical.
• NFA Items- We do not accept any returns on NFA items

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@watchmentactical.com to initiate your return.
2. Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
3. You will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $100.00.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

We do not issue a refund for the original shipping cost, as the carrier has already rendered its services.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact orders@watchmentactical.com for instructions.

Cancellation Policy

It is not guaranteed that your order can/will be canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel your order with notice if there is a problem with your order. If you have questions about an order that has been canceled, please email us at orders@watchmentactical.com.

Restocking Fee

All canceled and returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Failed background check

There will be a 40% restocking fee for all controlled items returned due to a failed background check or a denied underage purchase.
