However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on our site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

If you are not an FFL holder, we will transfer your purchased firearm to your choice of a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in your state. Shipping times may vary. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is correct and that you comply with all local laws regarding the receipt of firearms.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of firearms and related products, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective product or there was an error in your order, please contact us within 3 business days for assistance. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
